Welcome to Highland Horse Riding & Stonefield Farm, located at An Tairbairt,Tarbert, Loch Fyne, in Argyll on the west coast of Scotland.
NOTICE - It is with regret that from October 2010 Highland Horse Riding will cease providing ponies for hire or for pony trekking. Many thanks to all our trekking customers.
The yard and arena will continue to be available for hire for private schooling and club events. DIY Livery is sometimes available. Short term "holiday" livery available from early spring to autumn - please watch this website for future updates. All enquiries welcome.
This unique small riding centre, located on a working livestock farm specialises in sightseeing & wildlife watching treks, riding Scotland`s versatile Highland Ponies. Operated by one experienced guide, pony trekking for small private groups is our speciality.
Discover Knapdale & Kintyre's less accessible places the eco-friendly way: meet the exhilarating challenge of the land on a sure footed Highland Pony riding across open hill or meandering through ancient Atlantic Oak Woodland where wildlife abounds.
